If you are coming into the service via your insurance company, then you can book here or by emailing/calling me. Before your first appointment, you must confirm the following details by email to the address chris@physiosquared.co.uk:

Excess on Policy (yes or no - please contact Bupa directly if you are unsure):  

Please note, if a policy excess is due, this will need to be paid at the end of your first session.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of £50, which is chargeable to the patient.
